1. Use of the Site
License Grant
We grant you a non-transferable and revocable license to use the Site, subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined herein, for the purpose of shopping. Commercial use or use on behalf of any third party is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by us in advance. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in the immediate revocation of the license granted without notice to you.

Content provided on this site is solely for informational purposes. Product representations on this Site are those of the vendor and not made by us. Submissions or opinions expressed on this Site are those of the individual posting such content and may not reflect our opinions.
Registration and Account Security

By registering or subscribing, you agree to provide accurate and current information and promptly update any changes. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account. The Site will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
2. Order Acceptance and Pricing
Order Processing
There may be instances when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. You may be required to provide additional verification or information before we accept your order.
Pricing Information
While we strive to provide accurate pricing information, errors may occur, such as incorrect pricing displayed on the website. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for incorrectly priced items. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we may, at our discretion, contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card or bank account charged.
3. Refund and Cancellation
If the Buyer decides to cancel their order six (6) hours after it has been confirmed and prior to shipment, Cellphone Warehouse is entitled to impose a minimum administrative fee of 10% of the purchase price, in addition to any transaction fees charged by the credit card company/bank. The balance after deduction of fees will be refunded to the Buyer.
4. Warranties and Remedies
Cellphone Warehouse shall not be liable for any defect arising from unsuitable or improper use, defective installation or commissioning by the Buyer or third parties, fair wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, defective or negligent handling, improper maintenance, excessive load, unsuitable operating materials and replacement materials, poor work, unsuitable foundation, or chemical, electro-technical/electronic influences. Misuse, alteration, or repair of the goods without Cellphone Warehouse's approval voids any warranty.
5. Terms and Conditions of Acceptance of Phones for Repair
Section A: Repairs Under Warranty
Repairs under warranty are carried out free of charge.
Loss of use is not covered by the warranty. There is no obligation to provide loan phones.
The warranty is voided by moisture damage, physical damage, viruses, software corruption due to third-party applications, unauthorized repairs, or any tampering with the phone or accessories by the user. If such issues are found, the unit is returned without repair, and a labor charge of P150 Inc VAT will be payable.
Section B: Charges for Inspection and Repairs Out of Warranty
We do not repair moisture-damaged phones.
Handsets previously subject to unauthorized repairs are inspected and repaired at our discretion. A minimum inspection/labor fee is payable.
A minimum labor charge of P150 Inc VAT is charged for out-of-warranty repairs, rejected quotes, and units found to be beyond economical repair.
Repairs costing more than P350 Inc VAT require customer authorization before repairs. Repairs costing less than P350 Inc VAT are carried out without prior confirmation.
Section C: Risks Disclaimer
Information stored on the handset may be lost during repair. We advise backing up all information before sending the handset for repair. Cellphone Warehouse and its business partners are not responsible for lost information, SIM cards, or accessories.
All handsets are repaired at the customer's risk. Cellphone Warehouse will not be liable for any loss.
Section D: Turnaround Times and Collection
The average repair turnaround time is 3 days, and a minimum of 7 days if spares are required for the repair.
Please call to confirm if your phone is ready for collection on or after the estimated date on your job card.
- We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
A storage charge of P50 will be levied on phones not collected after the allowed time.
Section E: Payment Mode
We accept payment by cash or credit card only. Cheques are not accepted.
Section F: Release of Phones
Phones are released only upon presentation of the job card and valid identification.
Section G: Validity of Estimates
Estimates are valid for one week.
We do not provide written estimates for repairs below P350.
Section H: Warranty on Repairs
Repairs are covered by a 90-day warranty against defective workmanship and parts failure for the same defect previously repaired within 90 days. Physical and moisture damage voids this warranty.
Section I: Returns and Exchange Policy - Faulty Product
Any phone returned due to malfunction must be tested by our technical department within 2 working days. If a fault voids the warranty, repair costs will be communicated. If the fault is a manufacturing defect, the customer will be assisted per the manufacturer's warranty terms. Warranty claims are accepted only if the technical evaluation indicates manufacturing faults, and the store is notified within 3 working days by the customer.
Return and Exchange Policy - Unsatisfied with Product
Products returned without voiding warranty terms in Section A, where the customer is not satisfied, can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided the device and accessories are unused and in their original packaging. A handling fee of 20% will be charged.
