USE OF THE SITE
We grant you a nontransferable
and revocable license to use the Site, under the Terms and Conditions described, for the purpose of shopping. Commercial use or
use on behalf of any third party is prohibited, except as explicitly permitted by us in advance. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions shall result in the
immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you.
Content provided on this site is solely for informational purposes. Product representations expressed on this Site are those of the vendor and are not made by us.
Submissions or opinions expressed on this Site are those of the individual posting such content and may not reflect our opinions.
Certain services and related features that may be made available on the Site may require registration or subscription. Should you choose to register or subscribe for
any such services or related features, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself, and to promptly update such information if there are
any changes. Every user of the Site is solely responsible for keeping passwords and other account identifiers safe and secure. The account owner is entirely
responsible for all activities that occur under such password or account. Furthermore, you must notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account. The
Site shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your failure

ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PRICING
Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at
any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the
order.
We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an
item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our
own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such
orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card or bank account charged.
REFUND & CANCELLATION
If the Buyer decides to cancel his/her orders Six (6) hours after the relevant order has been confirmed and prior to shipment,CELLPHONE WAREHOUSE shall be entitled to impose a
minimum of 10% of the total amount of the purchase price of the relevant Goods and the processing fee as administrative fees, in addition to the transaction fees
charged by the Credit Card company. The balance after deduction of the administrative fees and the transaction fees will be refunded to the Buyer.
WARRANTIES & REMEDIES
CELLPHONE WAREHOUSE shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from unsuitable or improper use, defective installation or commissioning by the Buyer or third
parties, fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, defective or negligent handling, improper maintenance, excessive load,
unsuitable operating materials and replacement materials, poor work, unsuitable foundation, chemical, electro-technical/
electronic or electric influences, failure to
follow CELLPHONE WAREHOUSE's instructions (whether oral or in writing) misuse or alteration or repair of the Goods without CELLPHONE WAREHOUSE's approval.If the Device is not working properly
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE
OF PHONES FOR REPAIR
SECTION A- REPAIRS UNDER WARRANTY
Please refer to your Manufacturers Limited Warranty terms:
l. Repairs under warranty are carried out free of charge.
2. Loss of use is not covered by the warranty. There is no obligation to
provide loan phones.
3. The warranty is voided by:
Moisture damage, physical damage, viruses, software corruption due to third party
software applications, unauthorized repairs, or any kind of tampering with the
phone or accessories by the user. (These factors only become apparent when the
unit is checked and opened). If this is found to be the case, the unit is returned without being repaired. A Labour charge of
P75 Inc VAT will be payable upon establishing the above.
4. If the customer wishes to have a unit repaired out of warranty, section B below applies.
SECTION B -CHARGES FOR INSPECTION AND REPAIRS OUT OF WARRANTY
l. We do not repair moisture damaged phones.
2. Handsets that have been subject to previously unauthorized repairs are first inspected and repairs are
carried out at our discretion. A minimum inspection/ Labour fee is payable, as set out below.
3. A minimum Labour charge of P 75 Inc VAT is charged for (a) out of warranty repairs, (b) rejected quotes and (c) units
found to be Beyond Economical Repair.
4. Repairs that will cost more than P3S0 Inc VAT first have to be authorised by the customer in writing
prior to any repairs being carried out. Repairs costing less than P3S0 Inc VAT are carried out without prior confirmation being sought from the customer.
SECTION C - RISKS DISCLAIMER
l. While every attempt will be made to save the information stored on the handset, it may
be lost during the repair process. It is advisable to back-up all information prior to sending
in the handset. Cellphone Warehouse and it's business partners will not be held
accountable for any lost information, sim cards or accessories.
2. Whilst all due care is exercised with handsets in our possession, all handsets
are handed in for repairs at the will not be held liable for any loss.

SECTION D -TURN AROUND TIMES AND TIME FOR COLLECTION
l. The average repair turnaround time is 3 days.
2. On or after the estimated date indicated on your job card, please call to confirm if your phone is ready for collection. Every
effort will be made to keep customers updated.
3. We are not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control.
4. Phones submitted for repair not collected after the time allowed above but before sale to defray expenses, a storage charge of PS0 will be levied.
SECTION E - PAYMENT MODE
We only accept payment by cash or credit card. Cheques are not accepted.
SECTION F - RELEASE OF PHONES
Phones are only released on presentation of the job card and a valid form of identification.
SECTION Ci - VALIDITY OF ESTIMATES
l. Estimates are valid for l week.
2. We do not do written estimates for repairs below the value of P350.00.
SECTION H - WARRANTY ON REPAIRS
Repairs are covered by a 90-day warranty against defective workmanship and parts failure on the same defect that
was attended to previously within the 90-day period. Physical and moisture damage
voids this warranty.
SECTION I - RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY -FAULTY PRODUCT
Any phone returned with the claim of any malfunction will have to be tested by the
technical department for faults within2 working days. If technical report indicates a
fault that voids warranty, the customer will be notified of the repair costs. However, if the report indicates that the fault is related
to a manufacturing defect the customer will be ASSISTED AS PER THE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY TERMS
Cellphone Warehouse may only accept WARRANTY CLAIMS if technical evaluation
indicates manufacturing faults and the store is notified within 3 working days by the customer.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY - UNSATISFIED WITH PRODUCT.
Products returned without voiding warranty terms in SECTION A; where the customer is
not satisfied with the product,
THE CUSTOMER CAN EXCHANGE THE DEVICE WITHIN 7 days OF PURCHASE PROVIDED
THE DEVICE AND THE ACCESSORIES ARE NOT USED AND
ARE IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING a handling fee of20% will be CHARGED.
